Validity of Points

​

Loyalty points remain valid as long as the member account remains active.

​

In the event of 12 consecutive months of inactivity on the customer’s account, all accumulated points will automatically expire.

​

Any action taken from the member account, such as a purchase or the use of points, is considered activity.

​

A reminder email is automatically sent approximately 14 days before the points expire, provided that the email address associated with the account is valid and that messages are not blocked.
