"Azuni is a poetic round yoke sweater, perfect for colder days. It has a boxy, slightly cropped shape. A cosy and stylish pullover, knitted in no time ! With its bold bicolor motifs (very easy to memorize), it is a easy and addictive knit. Azuni is also the perfect first colorwork sweater for adventurous begginers.
Azuni is knitted seamlessly from the top down. For a comfortable fit, series of short rows and raglan increases are worked before and after the yoke. The sleeve stitches are put on hold in order to knit the bottom of the sweater. Then the sleeves are knitted in the round. The collar stitches are picked up and knitted at the end to add structure and durability to the sweater."

The sweater is designed to have 8-20 cm / 3-8 inch of positive ease.

Azun Worsted, 100% natural wool from the Pyrenees, 100 g = ~ 193 m

Contrasting Color (CC): 1 (1, 1, 2) (2, 2, 2) (2, 2, 2) 100 g skeins
 
Orlane model: knitted with Azun Worsted yarn, size 3 (108 cm - 43 ¼”), worn with 20 cm / 8 inch of positive ease,  MC Logwood Blue / CC Acacia Pink (As the Azun yarn in the color Bleu de campêche is no longer in stock, you can replace it with the Peira yarn. Its slightly different shade harmonizes perfectly with Azun's Rose acacia.)

Needles
5 mm/60 cm and 80 cm circular needles for the body
5 mm circular needles for small diameter in the round (short or long for the Magic loop) OR double-pointed needles for the sleeves
4.5 mm/40 cm and 80 cm circular needles for the collar and ribbing on the body
4.5 mm circular needles for small diameter in the round (short or long for Magic loop) OR double-pointed needles for the ribbing on the sleeves

Gauge 
17 sts x 22 rds / 10 cm (4") with 5mm (US 8) needles in colorwork, in the round and after blocking.
Please adjust your needle size to obtain the correct gauge.
