Sport weight yarn, spun from Pyrenean wool, on approx. 500 g cones.
Perfect for medium to large projects, machine knitting, weaving, or post-dyeing.Breed composition

Technical Details
- Composition: 100% natural wool
- Weight: approx. 500 g per cone
- Length: approx. 1,375 m per cone (base: 275 m / 100 g)

- Recommended needles: 3 - 3.5 mm
- Treatment: uncarbonized / unbleached / non-superwash
Color
- Granit (new arrival)
The former Natural Grey is no longer available.
Granite is slightly darker than the old Natural Grey and is naturally colored by blending white and black wool.
Gauge (after blocking, stockinette)
- 3 mm needles: 23 sts × 36 rows = 10 × 10 cm
- 3.5 mm needles: 22 sts × 34 rows = 10 × 10 cm
Origin and Processing
French production, traceability certified by LAINAMAC:
- Hand-collected and sorted in Val d’Azun, Hautes-Pyrénées
- Washed, carded, and spun at the Niaux artisanal mill, Ariège
Cone Specifics
- Yarn on cones is not rewashed, unlike skeins
- Sizing oil is still present, which helps processing
- Yarn blooms and softens after washing
- Always knit a swatch first
For dyeing: unwind into a skein and wash before dyeing to remove sizing oil.

Peira Sport cones - wool from the Pyrenees
In accordance with the GCS, you have 14 days to return your product for a refund, with the exception of the pattern, which is in digital format and has no right of return or exchange.
Return the product, at your own expense and in its original packaging, to the following address

Knitty and Woolly works with Bpost and Mondial Relay for deliveries, in order to offer home delivery or delivery to a relay point.
Important if the Customer selects delivery to a Point Relais by Mondial Relay: after payment and validation of the order, the Customer will receive an email (to the email address provided by the Customer) inviting them to fill in their details and choose their Point Relais. Once the Customer has completed and validated this information, Knitty and Woolly will receive it and will then be able to finalise dispatch of the parcel.
If the customer already has a favourite relay point, they are free to indicate this by message (indicating the name and address of the relay point) to Knitty and Woolly, who will then be able to proceed directly with dispatch.
