Origin and Processing
French production with full traceability certified by LAINAMAC (yarns listed in the Lanathèque)

- Washed, carded and spun at the Niaux artisanal mill, Ariège (France)
Colors
Natural colors
- Natural Heathered Grey
- Granit
These shades are obtained without dyeing, by blending white and black wool in different proportions.
Naturally dyed colors
The dyed colors are currently produced on the Natural Heathered Grey base.
The dyeing is carried out at the Myrobolan workshop in Felletin (Creuse, France), using plant extracts and an organic mordant.
The current color range includes five shades:
- Acacia Pink – a delicate pink obtained from acacia
- Quebracho Pink – a warm pink with a hint of orange-yellow, obtained from quebracho extract
- St Marthe Bordeaux – a deep shade obtained from St Marthe wood (first dye bath)
- St Marthe Old Pink – a heathered pink from the second use of the dye bath, to fully exhaust the plant’s coloring power
- Campeche Blue – a deep midnight blue obtained from logwood
Tip: Dark colours (Campeche Blue, Bordeaux St Marthe) may bleed slightly at first, particularly on fingers or bamboo needles. This phenomenon disappears after thorough washing. The wash water may be slightly coloured during the first few washes. No colour migration in jacquard, even with light colours.
